The hotel’s ‘Alderley Restaurant’ has “top notch cuisine” – according to AA judges who awarded it three rosettes and rated it alongside famous London restaurants like Marco Pierre White’s ‘L’Escargot’, Michele Roux’s ‘Le Gavroche’, and ‘Gordon Ramsay at Claridges’.
It is also a winner of Cheshire Life’s coveted Restaurant of the Year award.
The reputation that Head Chef – Chris Holland’s team has earned – for ongoing innovation and the consistent excellence of outstanding ingredients – goes from strength to strength. “I am delighted that their hard work is recognized as much by expert judges as it is by our customers”, said General manager, Ahmet Kurcer.

The lounge bar menu is available for non-residents, Monday to Saturday from 10:00am.
On Sundays, the lounge bar menu is available for residents only until 10:00pm.
